How to Return to the World Market?

Online Returns

Returns for online purchases must be initiated online. Follow these steps to complete the process.

  • Return your product by answering the questions and stating the reason.
  • Keep one of the shipping slips you receive.
  • The shipping slip should be attached to the package.
  • Send the product to the store address.

You will receive a refund as soon as your product is received by the store. In most cases, the refund will appear in your account in 10 days.


However, it may take up to two extra days in certain circumstances. There are some exceptions to the return policy, and we’ll tell you about them in the next section.
